Who Are We?
We started back in 2015. Having been frustrated about how call handling and call overflow services in the UK were priced and delivered, we saw an opportunity to not only shake up the industry but to do so by putting the customers’ needs and the needs of their businesses at the forefront of everything we do. 

Most call handling services in the UK had become so expensive that a lot of small businesses were priced out.  Call handling is arguably more valuable for the smaller end of the SME space, so for it to be cost prohibitive for a large element of that community seemed counterproductive. 

Over the years we have expanded our reach and now work with businesses of all sizes, all over the UK. Delivering the value for money along with a high level of services to small and large business alike.

How much does call handling usually cost?
Brace yourself! This is the main reason that cheap call handling exists. When we started, we were horrified to see that people were paying as much as £3 per call with some providers. We had to go back and double check all our sums as we couldn't work out how it would cost that much to answer phones for people. After checking all our costings, we came up with the answer. It doesn't cost that much to offer a good call handling or call overflow service.

It's only got worse since then. Many providers have moved to a price per minute model (something Cheap Call Handling will never do) and as a result we have had enquiries from people paying as much as £7 per call. So, what’s the difference? Essentially, they are the same thing. The difference is in how you choose to use the service.

Most of our customers use us as an overflow. They can answer most of their calls and we just get the ones they are unable to get to. This gives then piece of mind, knowing that any calls they miss are going to be answered professionally by a person but also that they are not going to be charged for calls they are available to answer themselves. 

We do have customers who want all their calls to be routed through us too. Weather it's just for message taking or to use us as a reception service where we present the calls to them so they can decide if they want to take the call or of they want us to take a message for them.
